Our products are only shipped in full cartons to optimise the cost benefit. We ship via UPS courier and the cost is included. Our selection of products is currently reserved for the tinplate bottles to maintain quality and avoid potential ruptures and shards typical of glass containers.

The Customer shall receive our products at the address indicated at the time of ordering. We shall bear the risk of transport and delivery within a period of 2 to 10 days, unless there is a problem.

Delivery monitoring

Once we have delivered the order to the Courier, the Customer will receive a Courier email with a tool to monitor the status of delivery.

Cancellation of orders

The Customer may cancel the order until it has been prepared for the shipping process. In this case no cost will be charged. This is without prejudice to the right of withdrawal under the terms and conditions indicated in the relevant paragraph. Right of withdrawal

The Customer, pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 No. 206 and subsequent amendments, shall have the right to withdraw from the contract, proceeding to the return of the goods, within 14 days from receipt, by notifying us by telephone on +39.183.779887 or by writing to  We will refund the amount paid within 7 days from the return of the goods to our premises. The return of the goods will be at our charge and the Customer will not have to bear any cost.


If the Customer has any complaints or queries, he/she may contact quoting the order number from the confirmation email. We will handle any disputes through the platform provided by the European Union.

Conformity warranty

While taking into account the food nature of the products sold, it is noted that the same are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to Articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code, whereby the seller is liable to the Customer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods. In case of lack of conformity, the Customer has the right, at his/her own choice and provided that the nature of the product allows it, to the restoration, without expenses, of the conformity of the good by means of repair or replacement, or to an adequate reduction of the price or to the resolution of the contract.


These Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with Italian law, and in particular with the regulations contained in Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) on remote/online sales to Consumers. In the event of disputes in the relations with the Consumers, pursuant to art. 66-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the territorial jurisdiction shall be assigned to the Court of residence (or domicile) of the Consumer. Furthermore, the Consumer established in Europe may use the platform made available by the European Commission for the resolution of any dispute arising from the online contract stipulated on the website.
